Forgot Password? Here's How to Fix It

Forgetting your password is common and can happen to anyone. Don't worry — the password reset process at suga99 is simple and quick. You will not lose any account information or balance during this process.

To reset your password, you will need access to the phone number you registered with when creating your account. This process uses an OTP code to verify your identity before a new password can be set.

  • Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page
  • Enter the phone number registered with your suga99 account
  • Enter the OTP code sent to that number within 3 minutes
  • Set your new password — use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
  • Log in again with your new password

If you no longer have access to the registered phone number, contact our customer support team via live chat for manual identity verification assistance.

Warning: Never share your password or OTP code with anyone, including parties claiming to be suga99 representatives. Our team will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Account Blocked? Here's Why It Might Happen

In some cases, a suga99 account may be temporarily blocked for security reasons. This is a protective measure we take to safeguard the security of all users on our platform. Here are some common reasons an account may be blocked:

  • Repeated failed login attempts — our system will lock the account after several consecutive failed attempts to prevent unauthorized access
  • Suspicious login activity — logins from unfamiliar devices or locations may trigger additional security checks
  • Identity verification (KYC) not yet completed — accounts that have not completed the KYC process may face certain access restrictions
  • Terms of use violation — any activity that violates suga99's Terms and Conditions may result in account suspension

To unlock your account or get further clarification, contact our support team via 24/7 live chat. Have your identity information ready for a smoother verification process.

This is an automatic security feature that protects your account from unauthorized access. After several consecutive failed attempts, our system will temporarily block the account. Wait 30 minutes before trying again or use the "Forgot password" feature to reset your password.

Although the suga99 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data, we recommend avoiding logging in over unsecured public Wi-Fi. Use your mobile data network or personal Wi-Fi for better security. If you must use public Wi-Fi, consider using a trusted VPN.

You can log in from multiple devices, but only one active session is allowed at a time. If you log in from a new device, your old session will be automatically terminated. This is a security measure to ensure only you access your account at all times.

Log into your suga99 account, go to Account Settings and find the Security section. Enable 2FA and follow the instructions to link your phone number. Once activated, every login will require an additional OTP code sent to your phone, providing a stronger layer of security.

No. suga99 will never ask for your password or sensitive account information via email, SMS or messaging platforms. If you receive any such communication, it is a phishing attempt. Do not click any links and contact our support team immediately to report the incident.
