Terms and Conditions suga99 — Platform Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and suga99 as the platform service provider. By accessing the suga99.win website, downloading our mobile app, or using any of the services we offer, you automatically agree to comply with all stated terms.

Suga99 reserves the right to modify, update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions page periodically to be aware of any changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any of the stated terms, you must stop using the suga99 platform immediately and close your account if already registered.

2. User Eligibility

The suga99 platform is only open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority according to the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or legal resident of Malaysia with valid identification documents.

• You are not registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

Account registration using false information, fake documents or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and legal action if necessary.

3. Account Management

All information provided must be true and up to date. You are responsible for updating your account information if there are any changes.

Each individual is only permitted to own one account at suga99. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details including username and password. You must not share your login details with anyone or allow others to access your account. Any activity that occurs through your account is entirely your responsibility, whether or not you gave permission.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without permission or there is any security breach, you must notify the suga99 customer support team immediately. suga99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, suga99 will implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all users. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification document (MyKad), proof of address and proof of bank account ownership before you can withdraw funds from your account.

KYC process is typically completed within 2-24 hours on business days. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in restrictions on withdrawal functions until the required documentation is received and verified.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at suga99 is RM20. You can make deposits using any supported payment method including FPX, online banking, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, MAE) and crypto. Deposits will be credited to your account automatically within minutes after payment confirmation.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned to the original sender, subject to processing fee deductions if applicable.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal is RM50. suga99 processes withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC. Withdrawals will be credited directly to the bank account or e-wallet you registered. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit, or to an account verified in your name.

Suga99 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. In such cases, processing time may take longer and you may be required to submit additional documentation for verification purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Suga99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to rollover (wagering) requirements that must be met before any withdrawal containing bonus money can be made. Specific rollover requirements for each bonus will be clearly stated on the Promotions.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is only eligible for each bonus once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash directly without meeting the specified rollover requirements.
• Bonus money and cash will be separated in your account. Withdrawals will deduct cash first.
• Suga99 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of fraud, abuse or violation of terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or shared with other users.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings.

5.2 Rollover and Validity Period

All bonuses have rollover requirements that must be met within the specified validity period. If rollover requirements are not met within the stipulated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from using that bonus will be forfeited automatically. The validity period of each bonus will be clearly stated when the bonus claim is made.

6. Game Rules

Players must play according to the rules of each game. Any attempt to manipulate game results, exploit technical bugs or use unauthorized third-party software will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

In the event of technical bugs, system failures or errors in game software, suga99 reserves the right to void any affected games, bets or winnings. • Registering or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other unauthorized benefits.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your suga99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any remaining cash in your account (subject to compliance with rollover terms and completion of KYC verification) will be returned to you.

Suga99 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period.
• Inactive for 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to violation of terms, suga99 reserves the right to withhold any balance and winnings in that account until the investigation is complete.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved first through direct negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties involved agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
